Are you looking to live the beach life with an amazing view? You know...that sand between your toes, sunshine on your face, not a care in the world type of life?! Well, look no further as our newly renovated one bedroom Gulf view condo, or our home away from home as we call it, has it all! Grand Caribbean West is ideally located just steps (300 feet) from the white sands and warm waters of Crystal Beach and Pompano Beach Access. Also minutes (1mi) from the famous Destin Commons and a few of the infamous beachfront food destinations Destin offers like The Crab Trap, Surf Hut, Soleil, Camille's and Pompano Joe's.

Our passion is your experience and we'll do everything we can to make sure you'll remember your trip for a lifetime here at Salty Snow Properties.

Situated in a low rise (3 story) condo building with a private beach so you can avoid the crowds. It's also perched nicely above the crystal blue waters for amazing views of the famous blue Destin water. Nothing better than watching the sunset from the patio with a your beverage of choice; or mosey down to the beach for the full experience. We'll provide the wagon for your gear and the beach chairs for the sunset. It's truly magical we think!

With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it all here as Grand Caribbean West! You can enjoy an outdoor pool and hot tub while you grill and get dinner ready or read a book on the patio. The opportunities for the carefree life are endless are at "The Jewel."

We recently remodeled everything from floor to the ceiling. New floors, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sofa with a pullout, and a new TV in both the living and bedroom to unwind after a long day playing in the sun. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get; as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence.

You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head to one of the delicious restaurants that we've provided in the suggestions guide at the unit. A few of them are within walking distance of the condo. We also provide a wonderful digital welcome guide with tons of suggestions on places to go and things to do around the area.

We strive to create an atmosphere that'll allow you to make the lifetime memories you came to Destin to achieve. A beachfront paradise where you park your car outside to open the door to an ocean view that makes you forget about it all right away so you can....VACATION!

This is a private one bedroom condo that you will have full use and access to during your stay.

We are available before, during and after your stay. Just a phone call, text or email away! We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area. We also have a fabulous digital welcome guide with a ton of suggestions for places to dine, things to do and see and general condo hints and tips we send out after you book.

The condo complex is located in the Crystal Beach area directly across from the Pompano Public Access. 300 feet to the sand is tough to beat in our opinion! The sand is so fine it squeaks beneath your feet as you're walking towards the water. Magical! We are within minutes of several great restaurants and bars. We're also a mile walk/drive to Destin Commons where there are several shops and restaurants to keep you busy throughout your stay. On the beach you're able to rent paddle boards, jet skis and some other smaller equipment. Parasailing is also available.t If you're looking for something bigger or other activities they are also close by and some suggestions are included in the binder we conveniently located in the condo for reference during your stay.

Most guests arrive with a car when coming to visit and you'll have access to the free parking lot at the complex. Some guests even choose to bring along or rent bikes while vacationing as it can be a fun way to see some of the sites and hope around the area. There are racks to lock them up.

Destin Stay

Overall my stay at the Grand Caribbean West condo was very good. The condo is centrally located and just steps across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and looks just like the posted pictures. The reason for only giving 4 stars was the trouble I had trying to get ahold of the property management. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the door code after checking in. My mother and I had gone out for a quick bite after checking in and upon returning at 11:30pm I could not locate the code on my phone . I called the property management contact number numerous times from 11:30pm until 2am. I also texted and emailed the contact information. At that point my mother who is 78 years old was extremely cold and tired from waiting in a chair in the pool area. I had to call a Uber to bring us to a nearby hotel and spend the night. I awoke in the morning to a single text that was sent to me at 4:15 am asking if I found the code. I fully understand I lost the code but there should be communication available in an emergency. Aside from the communication issue and the hot tub being out of order we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Location!

Everything about this place was amazing. The Location was literally steps from the beach and a short drive to tons of attractions. The condo was clean and spacious. Beach towels were provided which is always a plus. The kitchen was definitely fully stocked. It even had a crockpot! Icemaker in the freezer was so convenient. I was surprised at the size of the bunk beds. Usually bunk beds that are built in are tiny but these were very spacious and even had their own tvs! My teenage son practically lived in his bunk bed when we were in the condo. The balcony was huge. I could go on and on. There isn't anything I didn't like about this place. This was our first time visiting Destin and it was great, too!

Perfect location!

The property was very clean and located right across the road from beach access. It is also close to the main drag with all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen is modern, and the patio is great to people watch on.

We chose this property because of the views and proximity to town and the beach.

We love this property because the beach never gets to crowded beings there are no high rise buildings around; and because the town center is just a mile away if you need anything or want to go grab a bite to eat. Everything is walkable and the sunset and beachces are unbeatable in our opinion.
