About this property

This 3 bedroom private duplex is a perfect location to walk to the beach! As well as several tasty restaurants nearby. Drink your morning coffee on the front porch while enjoying watching the birds. This is a Quiet, low traffic Street. It’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to local beaches and popular restaurants.

If it’s water adventures you have in mind; it’s a 10-minute drive to the nearby Marina for jet ski or boat rentals. For an all-day adventure; rent a boat and make your way up the inter-coastal waterway!

This is a 3-bedroom raised duplex. You will enter into the main level, living room and dining room. Up a few stairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1 queen bedroom, and 1 king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Off the main level, down a few stairs, is an additional third bedroom includes bunk beds with queen on lower bunk and twin on upper bunk. All bedrooms have their own TVs. This is perfect for a family with kids or teenagers.

This duplex has everything you’ll need for a great week in Nokomis! We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, Umbrella, cooler, and a pull-along wagon to take them all with you to the beach. Washer and dryer are located in the enclosed garage.

The only thing fast at 'Daze Off' is the wireless internet!
Guest access
You will have full access to the right-side unit of the duplex called 'Daze Off'. This includes the one-car garage, and driveway parking for two vehicles (or a boat trailer!). Your duplex neighbors are quiet, long-term renters.

Wonderful!

The property was neat and tidy. Everything needed for vacation including chairs and a wagon! Proximity to the beach was great. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It provided everything we needed and more. We were even surprised to find a bench and weights in the garage to do some workouts. The proximity to the beach was great, we could walk over there in the evening and enjoy the sunset over the water. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone searching in the area.
