At the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the Schloonsee in Bansin is the Seehof. On the property there is a villa that borders directly on the promenade and two modern new buildings that point to Schloonsee. Very central yet quiet, you can reach the main shopping street and shopping area of Bansin, the Seestraße in a few steps. The promenade and the beach can be reached via the on-site access on the property. The Seehof is a nice starting point for long walks or bike rides as well as for a shopping or pub stroll. In the villa, the restaurant "Seehof" awaits the guests. A parking space in the double parking garage (max. Car height 1.50 m, up to 2 t, max. Length 5 m) is assigned to the property and the apartment. Washer and dryer, and a children's playroom can be found in the house Seehof. There is also a year-round sauna available for guests.

This 55 square meter 3-room apartment is located in the attic of one of the two new buildings and can be reached via a lift. The highlight of this apartment is the fantastic view over the Schloonsee from the bedroom and living room and from the balcony. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchair, coffee table and TV / radio. The modern kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining table for 4 people are integrated in the living area. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90x200) and ample closet space. From this bedroom and from the living room, the south-facing balcony is accessible, which promises much sun all day long. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe. From the open roof window you can see the sea between the houses. The inside bathroom is equipped with shower and sink / WC. A parking space in the double parker (max. Car height 1,50m, max. Car length 5.00m) is located in the underground car park under the other new building on the same property. A sauna and a laundry room are part of the complex and are available for guests to use.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Perfekte Lage
Sauberes Objekt, beste Lage, sehr schöner Blick auf den Schloonsee. Hervorragender Kontakt zur Agentur. Um ein Anliegen wurde sich sofort (am Ostermontag) gekümmert. Der Parkplatz ist sehr klein und tricky, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in superLage mit kleinen Mängeln, wie z.B. einem sehr schlecht schließendem Dachfenster (daher sehr laut) oder einem nicht zu nutzendem Parkplatz (es sei denn man hat einen Mini).
