Access to the property is not accessible (alternative parking spaces are available within a radius of about 1 km). *** The Villa Charlotte perched on a hill surrounded by greenery in the Heringsdorf Delbrückstraße - an appealing location, in which many magnificent new building and spa style villas characterize the overall picture of the largest imperial spa.   If you take the Delbrückstraße to the left or right, you will reach the crossroads "Neuer Weg" respectively after about 40m. "Liehrstraße", from which the promenade and the direct beach accesses are about 100m away. From here you can comfortably reach the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center or the popular theater "Chapeau Rouge" in about 10 minutes.   In about 90m distance invites the "bakery Thiel" in the Delbrückstraße (towards Ahlbeck) for a delicious and invigorating start to the holiday morning. Next to it is the Gasthof "Schmiedehaus", if you like to dine heartily in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade in both directions.   A washing machine is available for a fee and is located in the basement (side right next to the bike stands). Your own or borrowed bikes can be accommodated in one of the apartments separately assigned, lockable bike shed protected.   Each apartment is 1 parking space on the property available, which is labeled with the appropriate apartment number.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. This cozy two-room apartment (non-smoking) has a living area with seating area and integrated full kitchen with good facilities. A dining area for 4 people is located in the loggia. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and enough closet space. TV and radio are of course. A loggia to the north-west completes this apartment.
