Living area can easily be converted into large open area by raising the murphy beds and opening up the large curtains and patio doors leading into the amazing view with comfy padded sofa and chairs on the patio with footstools to enjoy the beauty of Maui. Extremely versatile as you can raise one or two of the murphy beds to provide extra room vs. Sleeping area, even with both beds down, plenty of room to get around. Dedicated desk area and free wifi make a great work space and lots of amenities for the kids and plenty of sleeping space make a great family get-a-way. Fully equipped, full-sized kitchen. 1 full bedroom with it's own 55" Smart TV that also has full basic cable and Platform queen bed. Living area has 2 comfortable queen murphy beds and it's own 55" Smart TV also with full basic cable. New front loading washer and dryer. Backrests on both couches can be removed and turned into small beds with 5'6" between headrest and footrest. PLEASE NOTE: Amount and location of sunset in the view changes with the seasons. When comparing different locations (even hotels) , make sure and ask about any additional fees as ours are some of the lowest considering everything offered and based on what you use:

-NO RESORT FEES - Yet you get full access to: 2 Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, Unlimited Beach Towel Service, Beach and outdoor showers (also nice indoor family restrooms large enough for changing near the garden pool), Small Sauna, Restaurant, Convenience Store, Coffee Shop, Tennis and Pickleball Courts with free racquets and balls - most other resorts charge an additional $35 EACH NIGHT for less amenities.

-Parking - $10.95 per night - provides a secure parking area - Westin charges $45 per night

-Gym - $7 per day - privately owned - most others charge about $20 per day.

-Spa - like most other locations, this is based on the services you select.

-BEACH GEAR - In order to keep our home as clean as we do, we do not provide beach gear in the home, but there is a rental shack on-site and several others within walking distance.

Why they chose this property

Can you say CENTRAL AC? Many places do not have it on the island, and boy is it nice! That is just the icing on the cake at this resort. It has everything you could ask for in a resort. 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, right on the beach. It's own full service restaurant/bar that even has live music and torch lighting occasionally. Hawaiian music piped in, the full Maui get-away.

What makes this property unique

Nice central Kaanapali location by food trucks, parks, restaurants, grocery store. Double pools (one better suited for kids and one for adults), double jacuzzis, full restaurant, beach with it's own beach rental shack. Once a week they even have a local market in the lobby. Convenience store, coffee shop, on and on and on.......
