You will love how convenient our cozy apartment is to all downtown Southern Pines has to offer. This historical home is one block from the charming Broad Street shopping & dining district. Built in 1895, this property has been repurposed into smaller apartments. There is a shared main entry, and each individual apartment has its own private keypad entry. The Fig Leaf Studio is situated with one queen bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. We offer WiFi, Roku TV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board and basic kitchen needs & toiletries
