Our house is located on the northern shore of Lake Zell, in about 200 meters (5 minutes walk) distance. The North Shore is the only section of the lake where you can jump into the water almost anywhere for free. The city center of Zell am See can be reached by car or bus in about 5 minutes. If you decide to take a leisurely walk along the lake promenade, you will arrive in the center in about 20 minutes. You can also cycle along the lake by bike, in which case you are just as fast as by car, and yet you can enjoy the wonderful view. The ski lifts can be reached by car or by ski bus, which stops about 50 meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a 4 star hotel with restaurant and a burger snack, where you can also buy some staple foods. The apartment (for 2-6 people) The apartment (about 70 m2) is cozy and practical, so you feel at home even on holiday.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, fridge, Microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes), a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, and a living and dining area. One of the bedrooms we have a double bed, the other with two separate beds, which can be used as a double bed if necessary. The sofa bed in the living room can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm). Free Wi-Fi use throughout the apartment, as well as a flat-screen TV complete our offer. On request we can provide you with a cot (cot or travel cot), and a high chair. The apartment also has a balcony. The possibility of grilling (in summer) and eating outside is provided by our terrace. As this is a non-smoking apartment smoking is only possible on the balcony or terrace. In the basement of our house, we have set up for you a small ski room with ski boot dryer. Here, your bikes can be stored in the summer. Parking For your cars we offer 2 free parking spaces next to the house.
