About this property

Island Breeze is a fully renovated 4 bedroom,3 bath house on the South Canal with private dock on LGI. Little Gasparilla Island is a barrier island only accessible by private boat or water taxi.

Aside from lots of space and activities for the kids, the nearby private beach (2 min walk) is among the most pristine you’ll find in Florida, with beautiful sugary-white sand covered in seashells of all shapes and colors.

The infamous Florida sunset can be enjoyed on the sand, or from the home’s third-story crow’s nest. Rest-assured you won’t be enjoying it alone, as a pod of dolphins breaches in front of your eyes. The crow’s nest captures beautiful views of both land and water.

The floor plan features 2 bedrooms and bunkroom with a master on the main, open Kitchen/ Dining/ Family Room, and outdoor lounging on a wrap-around porch. Downstairs has a guest suite with ensuite bathroom. (Exterior stairs access downstairs)

What a fun week!

We had such a great time on Little Gasparilla Island! The house was wonderful! We’ve been renting homes on vacation for well over 25 years and I do believe this house had the best supplies and accommodations of any! From the welcome basket to a laundry room with all kinds of fun to comfortable beds and lots of room, we had a great time! Colin (property owner) was great with communication (including suggestions for all the things NOt to forget!) and to check on us through the week to make sure all was well. The island is still recovering from the last hurricane but Colin has done a great job getting his home ready for visitors! The location is great-just minutes by boat from lots of great water (kids caught well over 100 fish during the week) and the beachfront is truly just down the street and absolutely gorgeous! Loads of beautiful shells and many, many shark’s teeth! Little Gasparilla is much more rustic than your typical beach destination but the house has high speed internet and tvs in each room. If you want a quiet place to wind down and enjoy the real beauty of the beach and southwest Florida, this is your place!
