In our chic house Villa Martha in the center of the Baltic resort Binz you expect exclusive apartments with exceptional comfort in only a few meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Cafes, boutiques, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance - here you can leave your car confidently in the underground car park of the house and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea wind every day. The modern apartment driftwood in 2. The upper floor of the Villa Martha has a southwest-facing roof terrace, which is accessible from the living room and bedroom. The apartment has a bedroom, which is equipped with TV, wardrobe and double box spring bed. The living room offers a comfortable couch and two armchairs, a large TV with SKY and usual TV programs. A chic dining table with enough space for 4 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette are also in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and hob.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
