The space
Our cozy desert escape includes a master bedroom with private bathroom and designated work space to allow you to work remotely. Comfortable living room with 70 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max and Disney +) and Pool Table. Full Kitchen with Dining Area that seats 8. Private backyard with pool and spa, Gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining area that seats 6.

Game Room offers a variety of games such as:
Air hockey

Pac Man Arcade Game
Beer Pong Table

The property is also equipped with a Tesla Charger that you can make use of during your stay.

Guest access
The entire property is exclusively yours to use. Keyless entry with nest smart lock makes checking in/coming and going, easy! A personal entry code will be issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of our community and neighbors.

The desert can become extremely windy, please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight.

Check-in: 3:00 PM. Early check-in is $50/hour but must be approved by host.
Checkout: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is $50/hour but must be approved by the host.

NO DIVING - pool is only 6ft deep. Please ensure that you and your guests follow appropriate safety guidelines in and around the pool. Pool does not have a safety gate, cover or net installed. If you are interested in heating the pool there will be an additional charge depending on the season and the length of your stay. Please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat the pool. There is no additional charge to heat the jacuzzi but please be sure to turn it off when not in use.

UPON DEPARTURE:
please check that all home and game room accessories are placed in its original location. Please remove all personal belongings, including pool toys/accessories or dispose of it properly. Please place all dirty towels in the bathroom tub and leave all used beds unmade. Please place all dishes in dishwasher. Please take all garbage/trash to the outside bins.

Desert Hot Springs Fun Stay over Thanksgiving

Property manager had every thing well organized for our arrival. The property has lots of games to play, nice big dinning room table for eating and playing board games, very pleased with the hot tub as it heated up quickly and 3 bedrooms/two bathrooms had plenty of space for my family. Overall the accommodations were great, the host was easy to communicated with. Overall my family agreed this was the best Thanksgiving holiday we have had.

So much fun

Our group (2 families, 11 people total) had an absolutely fantastic time here! The pool, game room, and pool table all got tons of use. We all slept well and there were plenty of pillows and pool towels. Thanks!

Super fun house with lots to do

We had a great time! The pool & jacuzzi were so refreshing. With the pool table, and all the games in the garage there was so much to do. We absolutely loved the decor also. We would definitely stay there again.
