In the, in 1998 newly built house, there are a total of three apartments that are managed by us. The house is located on Maiglöckchenberg 17, only about 350 m from the beach access and about 2000 m from the marina of the seaside resort Karl Hagen away. It is centrally located but quiet on the edge of the forest. Restaurants, a EDEKA supermarket, doctors, bike rental, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby tennis court is just 100 meters away.   The two-room apartment of the "type PM 13" on the ground floor of the house is comfortable and sophisticated furnished and has a bedroom with bed and wardrobe, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a terrace. The bathroom area is barrier-free and handicapped accessible. For the apartment there is a separate, barrier-free entrance and directly in front of the terrace a parking space. The parking space is freely accessible from one side and thus allows easy entry and exit - even for wheelchair users, - The apartment "type PM 13", is at ground level and handicapped accessible. - The three-room apartment "type PM 16" in 1. Patio furniture and a gallery accessible via a staircase, two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.   On the ground floor of the guesthouse Maiglöckchen, Am Maiglöckchenberg 3 (about 100 meters from the house Am Maigl��ckchenberg 17), lies our breakfast room. A rich breakfast buffet is available here from 8:00 am to 10:00 am The buffet includes a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, marmalades and pastries, as well as various fruits, cereals and dairy foods. You will be offered daily boiled eggs, fried and scrambled eggs with or without bacon. These are freshly prepared - please contact us. In good weather breakfast can be served in the guest garden. This service is not only available to our guests. In order to explore the island away from the main roads and beaches, our in-house bike rental - Am Maiglöckchenberg 5 - with the "Good Yellow" high-quality bikes are available. House guests receive a preferential rate here.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
