Escape to ENC - 2 BR Townhouse

When you are done being on the go, working, seeing a ballgame or just having a nice dinner at one of our wonderful local spots, escape to peace and quiet in our lovely and comfy townhome. Its got all you need to be secluded and self sufficient at home but is located central to all you want to do. Surrounded by woods on 2 sides, with even a lake nearby to explore, you will feel safe and secure, but have all the comforts nearby. Quiet Townhome complex called Lakeview. One driveway in and out, so no thru traffic. This an end unit so only one shared wall. Woods surround the side and rear of the property. This is common area and open to exploration!

This property is accurately depicted as listed. The location is close to the ECU campus but not walking distance - less than 10 minute drive even during a home football weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend this listing based on my experience.

Why they chose this property

Lakeview Townhomes in a quiet area, full of families and working folks. Its only a mile from our hospital, ECU Health and minutes from everything else. We have fully updated this property from when it was built in 2006...it looks brand new! Its a corner unit for added privacy and quiet, and super convenient to everything.
