Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen, counter-height seating, two dining areas, dedicated work space, family room, and living room.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features two queen sized beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and private access onto the back patio.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, a sleeper sofa in the family room for additional sleeping accommodations, a private screened-in pool and covered patio with dining furniture, a fenced-in backyard, laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

What I expected

This house had a bad review last July, but I was hoping the house would have improved by February. There were a lot of good things about the house and a lot of bad. I'll start with the good. The house is huge! Lots of space. Big kitchen and living room. Large master bath and bedroom. Beautiful dining room. The bad was some of he hurricane shutters were still on the windows, making your feel shut in. There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. There was no cover for the garbage can, so animals or birds would pull out the garbage nightly. The floors were very dirty. White sox became black sox. There were holes in the front door screen, the pool cage and the soffits. There were no regular TV stations only Roku. When we left, we noticed a for sale sign put up in the yard. Good luck.

House is NOT even close of what's in the pictures/advertised.

1st impression of property was terrible, lawn was not maintained, trash all over the lawn and outside of property is falling apart. Window storm shutters were closed. When we got to the front door, door was unlocked. Door and knob is falling apart and door code did not work. (had to come in and out there the rear of the house. Once we finally got in, the house was dirty and smelled funky. Some windows were broken and left that way. (that why storm shutters were closed) Pull was full of cigarettes butts and screw that fell of the house from the last storm.(we had little kids in the pool, they found the screws in the pool) House has 2 TV's with no remote controls, could not watch TV. Broken window next to bathtub which was discovered by my 7 year old daughter. Contacted property manager on VRBO immediately when we arrived. After a long conversation and proof with videos and pictures, manager said he he would follow up with me. I asked for a refund or another house but nothing was done. Long story short... We stayed in a house for 4 days that was a mess. Had to go out and buy cleaning protects to clean the house ourselves. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE AND WE STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM PROPERTY MANAGER WITH INFORMATION ABOUT MY REFUND. I follow up every few days and All I get is "your case is under reviews" VRBO ... I have all the pictures, videos and conversation with property manager. Please contact me. Thank you
