This is a semi-detached house with 2400sq feet of space to enjoy. Open concept, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, Living room and Dining room. Minutes drive to mesmerizing Escarpment Hills and Kelso Park ski area. Ideal retreat if you are in the area for hiking, biking, skiing, or on job related trip. 25 minutes from airport, Downtown Toronto 45 minutes, Niagara Falls and USA 1 hour away. GO trains and buses to at 9 minute drive. 2 minute walk to Milton District Hospital.
The space
It is a 2400sq ft home with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 washrooms, fully equipped kitchen, TV with access to Netflix, high speed unlimited wifi and driveway parking for two vehicle. Newly renovated driveway (Outside) and soft interior (Inside).
