Why Maria chose Destin

Nothing compares to the sugar white beaches of Destin. We looked at about 40 different units in Destin before we purchased this Unit. In the end it came down to two units, I was really against this Unit because it had stark white walls, plaid curtains from wall-to-ceiling and ugly furniture. I wanted another unit somewhere else that was recently renovated but that unit was across the street from the beach. My father insisted that this was the better Unit. He said 'you can change the paint and all the furnishings but you can't change the location of the beach'. He won the argument, and he was right!! After repainting the unit, installing new window treatments and buying all new furniture, I am so thrilled we purchased this Unit. Now inside and out, it is without question the best Unit.

What makes this Apartment unique

It's on the beach!! We don't have to get in the car and drive a 'short' distance. We don't have to cross the street and look out for cars. We just have to open the sliding glass doors and we are on our private beach. We can come back and forth from the beach as many times as we need and it is not a problem because the doors are about 50 feet from the beach. The other fantastic thing about our 2nd home is that it is in the center of Destin. Even though it feels like we are on a private island, when we leave out the front gates, we are literally in the heart of Destin and minutes from everything. I couldn't have wished for a better place to spend family vacations.
