WELCOME! The monument offers you 5 very well-kept and comfortably furnished apartments. The former Mecklenburg manor house from 1838 is characterized by its classicist image with its tall windows and mighty roof. In 1895 it was extended by the two-storey red-brick annex in Art Nouveau style. From 1992 to 2002, a fundamental restoration took place under monument preservation aspects. Behind the manor house is a very well-maintained 5-acre landscaped park, which has been restored after the historic model since the mid-1990s. Numerous worthwhile excursion destinations and various beautiful lakes are available in the surrounding area. The Kreuzsee is approx. 6 km away, the Käbeligsee near Kratzeburg approx. 10 km and the Kalksee 6 km away. You can also find good restaurants in Penzlin (Burgkeller), Neustrelitz and Kratzeburg (nice fish restaurant). Some notes for your stay in our house: • For longer stays, a towel change after 7 days is included. • For infants up to the age of 3, our new infant equipment - travel cot and highchair - is available free of charge upon request. • By agreement you have the washing machine and drying room available. • Bicycle rental is possible • We are pleased to offer guests arriving by train a pick-up service from Neustrelitz train station • The baker's car travels to Peckatel several times a week. A note: In the apartment tulip 1 small housebroken dog is welcome. It is also possible to use this special property for your private celebrations or family reunions. The castle kitchen, a hall and a fireplace room are available. Please make a specific request for this.
