About this property

Located in the Holiday Inn section of award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Along the oceanfront, guests can enjoy the large playgrounds, workout stations, and outdoor recreation games like volleyball in the sand, shuffleboard, or basketball. Get the equipment in the Recreation Office, and even rent a bicycle! Float in the lazy river, race friends on the mat racer, slide through the tube, and the kids love the splash zone. Amenities abound!

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day per vehicle. This is non-negotiable and payable directly to Ocean Lakes. (Instructions will be provided on completing this process).

There's parking for two standard vehicles or one over-sized vehicle (Truck, SUV) at this location. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow parking lot at the front of the park. There is no extra charge.

Bed and bath linens along with paper products and personally toiletries are the responsibility of the renter. *Linen packages are available for rent through a local source. Please inquire for package pricing.

When requesting to book please provide the details of your group including ages of each group member, purpose of your trip (sports team, vacation, business etc.)

Great until we got charged $350 for extra cleaning.

We had a great time, place was nice. BUT! We left on time and got charged $350 because we didn't put the clean dishes away, there was some dirt on the floor (we paid a cleaning fee) and there was a small scuff on the floor. I would be super careful renting from this place. We vacuumed every day and before we left but that wasn't enough. No communication, just charged our card $350. And watch out what your kids pull up on the youtube channel history, its not appropriate. I wish my 11 yrs old didn't see that. They need to check that. I have rented in Ocean lakes multiple times with no issues. To get charged $350 for what a normal cleaning lady should do on top of the fee is unacceptable. Renters beware.

Beach Haven

Everything was excellent! There are only a few minor persnickety things I would suggest to give this a 5 out of 5 rating from me. There are several knives in the kitchen drawer but none are very sharp. Some microwavable plates would be handy. Some of the blinds are not adjustable. The broom needs to be replaced and there is no mop to wash the floor with if necessary. We managed without these and had a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing stay.

Comfy cottage

Very comfortable place to stay! Plenty of room for three people. We appreciated comfortable beds and couches to relax with. It has everything you need for a nice vacation.
