Haus Meeresblick is located directly on the beach promenade of Kühlungsborn-West and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. On the north side of the house - facing the sea - there is an exclusive cafe with a spacious sun terrace and a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. You can reach the apartment via a spacious, roofed atrium with real green plants, which is equipped with two glass elevators. The south entrance enables barrier-free access. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Living and cooking
From the approx. 55m ² apartment you can enjoy the Baltic Sea view from the first row! From the loggia you have a direct view of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The living area has a cozy living area and is optically separated from the kitchen. You can roast and cook to your heart's content in the fully equipped kitchenette - all the necessary equipment is available. The traffic-free waterfront promenade and the newly designed Baltic Square are right in front of the house. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors and beach cafes line this area. Cultural offers such as the concert garden and art gallery as well as numerous shopping opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Das Gute zuerst: die Lage ist zauberhaft. Zentral und dennoch nicht zu laut, direkt am Strand und Meerblick. Als negativ habe ich die Sauberkeit empfunden: die Fenster waren so dreckig, dass es aussah, als wäre es draußen neblig (O-Ton meines Sohnes), auch in der Küche teilweise klebrige Utensilien, viele verstaubte Plastikplanzen. Die Einrichtung ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen: Nachtische fallen auseinander wenn man sie bewegt (Füße abgefallen), Couch (auch als Schlafcouch gedacht) war extrem speckig, Gardinenstange ist runtergefallen, Balkontisch aufgequollen und Plastikumrandung abgebrochen (daher scharfkantig), 3 günstige Plastik-Stapelstühle, Sonnenschirm hatte kaputte Speichen.. Anzeige war für max. 4 Personen, Einrichtung gibt das aber eigentlich nicht her: zB 3 Balkonstühle, 2 Sitzauflagen, 2 Eierbecher,... Insgesamt habe ich für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet. Das Wetter hats "rausgerissen". Würde auch wieder ins gleiche Apartmenthaus, allerdings nicht mehr in diese Wohnung.
