The house
Upon arriving to the house the door was wide opened. The house was completely trashed. All beds were unmade , dishes were piled up to the top literally, it was extremely dirty, however i understand mistakes happen. After speaking to the owner i found out that the cleaning person for some reason never made it to the property. So i made a deal with the owner that id clean the home myself in exchange for a extra day of stay. The guy was very nice about it. The neighbors are very nice and so are the owners. Had it not been for this slight inconvenience i would have given it 5 stars. The only other thing i Didnt like was when i called the owners to tell them what happened and how disgusting the house was instead of giving me a call right back. I was sent a text message through the vrbo app instead of communicating with me with a phone call of how to resolve the matter as i reached out to them with a phone call. But we're human we all make mistakes. ☺️
