Our modern apartment is centrally located in Montabaur on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. 60 m², dining room, living room, 1 bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and various appliances, and 1 bathroom with bathtub with shower and toilet. Large terrace with furniture and adjoining meadow with morning sun.
The non-smoking apartment is both urban and natural (Stadtwald, Gelbachtal). Similarly, the ICE station or the FOC is within walking distance. The nearest convenience store with a bakery is about 700 meters away.

Soweit ok. Da Kellerwohnung sehr kühl, was nur im Hochsommer angenehm ist.

Nicht ganz zufriedenstellend

Die Räume waren ziemlich kalt es war zum Glück draußen heiß wäre es aber kühler gewesen , hätte man ständig gefroren. Und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Vermieter die Heizung angemacht hätten. Zudem waren die Betten für zwei Personen eigentlich viel zu eng wenn man sich umdreht hätte man das Gefühl man fiel fast aus dem Bett einige Dinge fehlten außerdem Zahnputzbecher, Brötchen- Korb sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten aber was mich erstaunt hat, Bettwäsche wurde gestellt, aber keine Handtücher oder Badetücher, die hätte man separat extra mitnehmen müssen, wir haben schon oft Ferienwohnungen gebucht, aber das hatten wir bisher in den letzten 15 Jahren nicht. Auf Nachfrage hat man uns dann doch noch Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt gestellt.. der Vermieter meinte zwar, das sei unüblich. Man hätte ein paar Euro mehr nehmen können und da wären Handtücher direkt dabei gewesen. Leider ist noch ein Punkt zu erwähnen. Man konnte die Ferienwohnung erst um 16 Uhr dreißig beziehen, das fand ich ziemlich spät
