This awesome, completely non-smoking, inside and out, 2 Bedroom Mermaid Bungalow w/ Boat/RV parking is minutes to downtown Jensen & has a King, Queen, Twin & Futon bed, a couch & outdoor FL room that's made for relaxing the day away. Take a nap in the hammock, ride a bike, or grab our fishing gear & beach items & head to the causeway or beach-both are 7-8 minutes away! SEE PICS -Wash/dryer, kitchen, 4 TV's (Roku/Firestick)

Make sure to come with only those you love as there is only one full bathroom but it's big enough that two can take a shower looking at the beautiful FL weather through the skylight!

We have 8 set for max occupancy but it would be a TIGHT fit if those were all adults.

Two private bedrooms plus a couch, futon and chair that pulls out to a twin bed are in the living room. Smart TV's (NO CABLE) are in each room including the outdoor room. The outdoor TV can be rolled to either of the two outside areas, just always keep it covered. There is a hammock built for two (up to 400LBS,) a couch, dining table and sitting area. Covered carport is between the house and the Lania (FL outdoor living room) & the laundry room is outside at the end of the carport (not under air)

Kitchen has a touch screen stove top, microwave, convection oven with toaster & air fryer, and both Keurig & drip coffee makers.

Kitchen & living room have LED lighting around the entire perimeter. Remote control is attached to cabinet above microwave & door must be opened for the remote to work.

This centrally located boating community is just a short drive or walk along the St Lucie River to downtown Jensen. We are 1.8 miles from the Jensen Beach Causeway & Boat Ramp where you can fish, launch your water toys or boat.

You'll have up to two parking spots under the carport attached to the house. Two can fit (as can a boat, trailer or RV) to the right of the Lania and one car can fit in front of the Lania by the pelican watch. SEE PHOTOS

Laundry room available outside - other than the small amount of laundry detergents provided, beach toys & fishing gear, items stored inside are NOT for guest use.

OTHER DETAILS
Kitchen has a touch screen stove top. Please keep the cover for it on when it is not in use and do not put it on while the stove is still hot or when it is dirty.

LONGER TERM STAYS:
We welcome longer stays with extra considerations. If it is only 1-2 guests there is an additional $200 per week charge, 3-6 guests do not require the additional $200. Guest must pay for our cleaning service once a week. If bringing animals as a guest the pet fee charged is per week.

Quiet residential neighborhood with houses close together. Without a TV or music going you may hear our neighbors talking outside, rarely is it late hours.

LIGHT REMOTES
Please leave the remote for the master bedroom lights & the outdoor Lania attached to the walls in it's holder- we would hate to do it but there is a $175 fee if either one goes missing as they can’t be replaced & a new set will be needed.

The Master bedroom has a locked owners closet with extra supplies - these are not for guest use & it should not be tampered with in any way.

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is lower than the norm w/ the thought people would prefer to save money & clean up after themselves but if you prefer not to do these things on vacation, no worries, we can provide full service starting at $40 per hour if desired. The fee charged covers normal cleaning of the actual house - WE strip/make beds, clean the linens/towels & disinfect the house. ALL trash should be tied in bags & taken to the garbage or recycling can & any excess appliance/items mess & dishes should be cleaned by you.

Please send confirmation of the house rules, number of guests, that all guests are non smokers & if you have an animal when requesting to book. Instant bookings will not be kept without this info.

Outside home security cameras that record are located at both entry doors.
