Good location
We really liked the location-close to the grocery store and restaurants. There is parking for your rental car. It is a nice condo but there were a few quirks that would cause us not to be repeat guests. The owner was not great at communicating, things like check-in/checkout, taking out trash…plus there were no extra trash bags or enough toilet paper so I bought toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, not a huge deal but every VRBO we have ever stayed in has had that stuff and explained what to do with trash and check-in and checkout. I had to contact the owner about both. Also before booking, I asked if the pools were heated, he said “yes”, but no, they are definitely not heated. Another quirk was the bedding….no mattress covers, a flat sheet on top of a bare mattress and a quilt. That was all there was in the bedroom with the pink quilt. I doubt they are washing the quilt every time. The master bedroom had the same situation but with an extra flat sheet on top of the blanket. Maybe that was the cleaners fault. Again, we wouldn’t stay again, but it wasn’t terrible and maybe the owner will make a few changes.
