Apartment 1:
Private entrance with hall and storage room. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double sink. Open kitchenette (u. Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). Dining room with sliding door and exit to the terrace with garden furniture. Living room with double sofa bed, 3 armchairs and satellite color TV. The stairs to the upper floor is provided with a child safety lock upstairs. On the first floor is 1 bedroom with double bed, laminate and walk-in closet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sleeper chair and linen closet (laminate floor).

Spend in our house in the popular district Ording with 4 individual apartments your holiday on the North Sea. All apartments are simply furnished and have a separate entrance. If you are looking for luxury or a very modern house, we are unfortunately out of place. Detached house with 4 apartments, each with separate entrance, in the district Ording. District Bad, dune spa, health center and pier and the beach crossing Ording are within walking distance.

Die Abbildungen stimmen grundsätzlich mit dem Objekt überein, aber die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Möbel sind bis auf die neu wirkende Siemens Spülmaschine älter und sehr einfach. Das hatten wir auf Grund der Beschreibung erwartet. Aber: wackelnde Möbel, unsichere Elektrik, ungepflegter Garten, überall Spinnen, Spinnweben… also insgesamt sehr lieblos. Als Kunde fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Der Vermieter ist Anwalt und weiß unserer Meinung nach wie weit er gehen kann, um mit möglichst geringem Aufwand einen maximalen Ertrag zu erwirtschaften. Im übrigen war er extrem schlecht, auch schon vor der Anreise, zu erreichen. Unsere Beanstandungen wurden nur teilweise anerkannt und erledigt. Nie wieder!
