Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse with lots of amenities and natural light, just a short walk from sugar-white sand beaches in the Gulf Highlands Resort gated community. Spacious, comfortable, and affordable accommodation just steps away from the beach, 11 pools, and a multitude of restaurants and activities. This exclusive vacation experience is perfect for a family looking for a peaceful getaway--sleeps six comfortably.

King-size bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The downstairs living room has a recliner and queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a flat-screen TV, free cable, Roku, half-bath, dining area, and island with barstools. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a covered patio with picnic table and outdoor seating.

Gulf Highlands is a family-oriented resort conveniently located near Panama City Beach’s most popular restaurants, amusement parks, shopping, and more. Amenities include 11 pools (5 are heated from November 1 to April 1), tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a playground, an 18-hole putt-putt course, a fitness center, and more! Located just across Front Beach Road from the world’s most beautiful beaches, guests have private access to the beach, the Gulf Highlands Beach House Restaurant, and beachside pool.

We have provided guests with a beach wagon, two beach chairs, and beach toys, all to make your Gulf Coast vacation even more enjoyable. We ask only that you take care of these items by putting them back in the storage box when you’re finished and carefully folding and unfolding the beach wagon according to directions in the storage box.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 24/7 secured community. A gate code and a community map will be provided during the check-in process.

There are two free parking spaces directly in front of the townhouse. If you have more than two vehicles, please plan ahead for off-site parking.

Guests will have access to all amenities of the resort. Note: Bring your own tennis rackets, putters, and balls.

Property was exactly as described! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Place was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and plenty of pools to choose from. The property is real close to one of the pools! Loved the resort it was in. Owners were amazing and answered questions back quickly. We will be coming back to this property next year!
