About this property

Located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks, this top floor condo unit is ideal for a weekend of relaxation. The floor to ceiling windows and deck are perfect for enjoying the waterfront. The calm water in this area is great for all water activities including boating, fishing, skiing. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82.

This self-check in/self-check out 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom & loft condo unit is beautifully furnished, spacious and user friendly. The comfortable living area walks out onto a waterfront deck which is great for enjoying your cup of morning coffee, afternoon BBQs or evening sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 6 people and is perfect for small entertaining. The master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath and a flat screen TV. It also has a private slider door with deck access. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed & flat screen Smart TV. The upstairs loft is an extra sleeping room with a bunk bed, full bed on bottom and twin bed on top and also has a Smart TV.

**A cleaning fee of $120.00 (cash) is to be left in the condo at check out.**

Clearwater Condominiums is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect the residents and fellow vacationers and abide by these rules yet enjoy all the complex has to offer (pools, volleyball, covered pavilion).

Great spot for long weekend getaway & softball tournament

We were at the Lake for softball tournament. Very close to Ballpark Nationals complex- 12 min. Nice condo, great veiw and had everything we needed! We fixed all meals at the condo. Walmart 10 min in Camdenton. Nice view and 2 lake front pools to choose from. There is also an awesome pavilion to hang out with playground, fire pit, basketball and volleyball and bags! Neighbors below unit were not kid people (not sure if owners or renters?) Complained about toddler feet running around. We were respectful, but that is also where our family was staying and we have baby feet that run and play. Highly recommend the condo overall. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
