About this property

Looking for peace, serenity, quiet? This is the place for you. The clean lines, transitional decor of neutrals and blues, fully equipped for your stay no matter the length.

All things in this home are brand new (minus the drywall and kitchen appliances). The home is decorated in transitional decor of neutrals with blue highlights. It is furnished mostly with Pottery Barn furniture and decor.

Many beaches are just 25min away.

Home Gym:
Peloton treadmill, adjustable weight set, yoga mat, yoga block, plyometric box, jump rope—all for you to use at any hour of the day!

Remote Work:
There is a sizable desk and office chair in the Master Bedroom that is fully set up for a remote work day!

Things Included:
We provide an appropriate amount of supplies for your stay: Bedding (organic sheets); body+face towels; coffee/tea, shampoo/conditioner/body wash; blow dryers; full kitchen supplies; high chair; baby monitor; sound/color machine; 2—Lotus travel cribs; bed rails; games: adult/children; grill; grill seasoning; grill tools; outdoor chairs/table; beach gear: wagon, umbrella, 6 adult beach chairs, 4 child beach chairs, sand toys, throw/catch game, and more! A full list of items provided is included in the pictures. There is no cable TV only streaming.

The Layout:
The home is almost 1300 sq ft. As you enter you will see the living room with a deep seated couch—3 throw blankets around the TV. The dining area has a table that can seat 6-7 people. The kitchen is fully stocked—Kcups, ground coffee, and Tazo tea. The kitchen has mostly Cuisinart kitchen products. We included glass Tupperware too for you to store leftovers. We also have a grill/ grill seasonings/grill tools. The (both new) washer and dryer is right off the kitchen. Step off the kitchen into the epoxy floor—garage gym. A Peloton treadmill, adjustable weight set, weight bench, jump rope, yoga (block/mat), plyometric box are there for you to use.
Bedrooms: 1) King bed, dresser, desk, iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, walk in closet. 2) Queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, walk in closet 3) 2 twin beds, 1 nightstand, standard closet.

Boat or RV?
For an extra fee (depends on the length of stay) you can store your boat or RV in the back of the property.

Guest Access:
For the home, there is a keyless door entry and a code will be provided prior to arrival

Great dog friendly home

House was laid out nicely. Master on one side and two other bedrooms on the other side with bathroom in between. Living room was very comfortable and has a large tv. Kitchen is a little narrow but we did fine. Garage was great for storage and the Peleton was fun to use. Backyard was a nice size for sitting and for exercising our dogs. The owners were so sweet and great communicators. We had a couple issues that they fixed right away. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful Home

Newly updated, beautifully done. We loved staying here. The patio out back was great for morning coffee and after work cocktails. Everything you would need in your own home they have here!

Perfect stay

We enjoyed the house and the back yard, the quiet and rural neighborhood, still close to Naples and the Everglades and Corkscrew Sanctuary. The house was very comfortable for us and the dogs with a giant TV and beautiful kitchen. It was well stocked with tea and coffee and spices and dishes. They also had games and beach towels. The host was easy to get in touch with. It is a beautiful property.

Great House!

The house and location was exactly as described. A little piece of country in busy Naples. We loved the house, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We didn't do a lot of cooking, mainly just breakfast. Loved the fact that you left us coffee and tea. The beach equipment was much appreciated, especially the little wagon. Unfortunately we encountered the Red Tide on our trip to the beach, but that's not something anyone could have predicted. All in all we loved our stay, We also visited with family who were staying at Falling Waters, so we were able to enjoy the pool there. With a pool like that we didn't really miss the beach. Thank you for allowing us the use of your beautiful house.

A little bit about us.....Jacob used to fly F15E fighter jets for the military for over a decade until an on the job injury changed. After years as a serial entreprenuer---he owns an electrical company in the area. Melissa has years of corporate America leadership experience and is a licensed Realtor in Southwest Florida. If you decide to buy property on your stay---Melissa would be honored to assist you. Hey--that's how we landed in Florida---one weekend trip ended in putting in an offer on a home that was accepted. It does happen!
