About this property

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located at the East corner of our small apartment complex on the ground level just 3 miles North of the beach! It is spacious, newly renovated and cozily furnished, plus has a washer/dryer. It sleeps 6 (2 using a blow up bed Q size.) One adult could possibly sleep on the couch, that is really comfortable, but only if necessary, definitely no child should ever.
This comfortable space is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach or a night out at our local casinos and restaurants.
We don't allow smoking inside, but we have a lovely bench in front to be enjoyed.
This is a quiet and established neighborhood, very centrally located for easy access to all of the areas attractions.

Cozzy and comfy

Overall one of the best places i hv stayed.. easy to get to.. easy entry.. as soon as we open the door we felt at home.. had everything we needed an more. Beds where awesome an acording to one of my trippers the couch was too. It was clean, water pressure was awesome an the neighborhood was quite as far as i cud tell.. we were not there much. But it suited our needs jus fine..Lol defiantly will book again for nx years trip.

Such a lovely place to stay!

It is a very roomy duplex in a quiet area. Spacious rooms, kitchen and living area. Completely stocked so if you forgot something, it’s probably already there. Great communication with the host. It’s close to everything. I can’t think of one complaint. Will definitely book again on our next coast trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Cruising the coast stay.

We enjoyed our stay the place was nice and smelly good when we opened the front door. It was in a safe location we will be stay again next time we come to the coast.

Beautiful House

Everything was perfect. Very updated and spotless. Had everything you would need just clothes and food is all you need to bring. We will definitely be back.

My wife Josie and I are very busy retirees. We live in the country about 23 miles North of here. We have six dogs and one old horse. We own some rental property, and I decided to try vacation rentals as I heard so many positive things about it. Josie had spent some time in one in France and was very impressed by it. We work very hard to maintain the properties, we make sure the cleaning is done properly, everything is done to make the guests feel at home.

Why they chose this property

Originally these were our family's rentals. Instituted in the 50's. As they became vacant, I remodeled them completely, supervising closely, and doing a lot of the work myself. It seems practical to keep them clean and well furnished for guests. They are built in fourplexes of one bedroom one bath apartment, and one duplex has a two bedroom two bath that we rent via Vrbo. The duplexes are surrounded by grass in the back, the neighbors are friendly, some have vegetable gardens, I grew up with some of them, and I know most of them by name. We have lots of parking.

What makes this property unique

The guests can be assured that the property is well loved. I was born and raised in one of the apartment, and when my father passed, I took over the ownership. My wife Josie is fluent in Italian and French, so we can assist guests who speak those languages as well.
