Need additional sleeping arrangements? The office-turned-bedroom offers a comfortable futon, and twin-sized air mattresses are also available upon request.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, bakeware, and flatware. The stylishly updated culinary haven features a gas cooktop, making your cooking experience a breeze.

Start your mornings off on the right foot at the coffee bar. Choose from a delightful whole bean blend sourced from South America and brew your perfect cup using either a French press or a drip coffee machine. Convenience is key at the Aviator's Airbnb. With parking space for three vehicles, you won't have to worry about finding a spot. The property also boasts a spacious backyard and patio, although a portion of this space is shared with the attached back unit (which is separate from the main house). Rest assured, your privacy will be respected by Eric, the pilot and homeowner.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
+ This home allows for 3 parking spaces and features a large backyard. The home is a duplex with an attached unit in the back, so a portion of the backyard is shared. You may see Eric, the pilot, in and out of the back unit, but he is nice and will give you your space. The home is equipped with a doorbell camera to help allow for seamless check in.

+ This home is not a good place for guests who plan on smoking, vaping or 420’ing inside the space.

+ There is one, actively recording exterior camera, which records video and audio. The device is on the the exterior of the property only.

HOUSE RULES
Parties. Absolutely not. No outside guests (other than those accounted for on reservation) allowed in home or on property. If outside guests are brought into the home or on the property, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Smoking/vaping/420. Absolutely no smoking inside of the home. You will be charged a $300 cleaning fee if in violation. Please note that with the owner living in the other unit of the property it is very clear when smoking of any type is occurring.

Shoes. Please remove your shoes when inside the home.

Third party bookings. Not allowed and will be cancelled without a refund if the booking guest is not present for the stay.

Pets. No pets are allowed, no exceptions. If pets are brought into the home without permission, you will be charged a $300 fee.
