While the host was nice, the place was not. The floor was filthy. We wore socks or shoes all the time and our socks were black after just a few hours. The walls were dirty. We bought sanitizing wipes to wipe everything done. There was mildew/mold on the ceiling in the down stairs bathroom, and nothing was done about it. My daughter and I both have asthma and started coughing the next day and felt sick, this exposure is toxic.While there were beds for 8 people, there was not enough sitting area for 8 people, 3 people could fit on the couch. The appliances were very nice, but the oven didn't work. We had bought some food to bake, but then found out we couldn't, so we had to leave the food there. There were extra pillows, but no pillowcases. The host did bring over towels when asked for them. The neighborhood is not good. There were hookers at the end of the street, not even one block away. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend someone to stay here.
