Stay away
We rented this property for our family weekend stay in Miami- 2 adults and 2 children. Listing stated that it is a one bedroom studio apartment which was enough to accommodate us. There is queen size bed in the bedroom and so called sofa bed in living room area. Calling that piece of furniture a sofa bed is misleading, it sleeps one child at best. Before our check in owner confirmed with me that this apartment will fit us all and reassured that there is air mattress just in case. Upon our arrival after delayed flight we got in to apartment only to discover that owner did not provide any linens for sofa bed and air mattress was nowhere to be found. We tried contacting person in charge to no avail. It was 2:30 am at that point and we were left with no choice but to seek different accommodation. Property has moldy smell, there are visible dirt spots and interior doors are damaged and hanging off. Do you self a favor and stay away. Parking next to property is $8 an hour not $12 per day as advertised, street parking is har to come by and also expensive. At the time I’m writing this, there is only two reviews of this property here but there is much more on google maps. Read them through. I’m not sure why this property is still allowed to rent here.
