Nice, 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo located walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Enter the condo from the building hallway into the open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has plenty of seating, a Smart TV (Streaming ONLY. No Cable), a fold out sofa bed and access to the deck. The dining room has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to cook during your stay. The bedroom and bathroom are located off the small hallway. The bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a separate sink area from the shower area. Chamonix is walking distance to Canyon Lodge for winter skiing and summer bike park. The complex has a rec room, 3 Jacuzzis, a summer heated pool and BBQ area. There is coin operated laundry located at the office and rec room area. Parking is outside and is first come first serve. 2 cars mazimum are allowed. There is no AC in the condo. There is a wood burning fire and electric wall heaters for heat. TOT License: 807-0046

Average at best. Check-in very easy, instructions/directions clear via email. Unit was clean. Wifi and TV, wall heaters worked fine. Parking good . Great location near Canyon Lodge and across the street from Austria Hof restaurant who makes fantastic goulash - go check it out! Pretty much everything seemed to be original, did not appear to be any updates with furniture, bedding or appliances. None of the electrical outlets would hold our chargers unless we bent the charger prongs. Some still wouldn't hold them after bending - had to use the butcher block and a knife to prop up the charger so it would stay in. Shower head was white, rubber/plastic hand-held shower head with cradle that had black electrical tape wrapped around the connector to keep it from spraying all over. Amazon sells new ones for $20.

Great location in Mammoth

Nice location in Mammoth near Canyon. Small issue with dishwasher was quickly addressed by property manager.

Excellent location

This unit is super convenient to walk to Mammoth canyon lodge. The complex hot tubs were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.

The property location is great with less than 10 minutes walk to the Canyon lodge. The condo was generally clean, but there were also problems that we had not experienced in our previous stays in this area; specifically, the shower head was broken which made it difficult to take a bath, the dish washer machine was broken and we couldn't use it, and there were not enough bed sheets to use.

Property is dated and old, not well maintained nor upkept. Carpet was dirty, blankets in the closet were dirty, one had red stain that looked like old blood. Towels were old and not enough towel for the 4 of us. Dishwasher not working. Cookware was old and scratched. Seems like someone just left their old stuff there to fill the unit with supplies. No coffee, no condiments. Only 3 chairs in dining room, when apartment stated it was for 4 people. Good communications with management company, via email. They were responsive and brought new sheets and towels upon request. Location is good, close to mountain, but if you want a cleaner place to stay, this is probably not the unit for you.
