SHARE a house with friendly hosts who will make you feel right at home. Ideally located in safe, quiet neighborhood.

This home is located 12 minutes from Lake City Medical Center and 13 minutes to the I-75 freeway access. 40 minutes from Gainesville (UF). 32 minutes Suwannee State Park. 32 Minutes from Poe Springs. 1 hour 24 minutes from Jax Beaches.

The space:
Fully Furnished Private bedroom and a private bathroom with love seat sofa and Smart TV provides you with Netflix, YouTube, Google Play, Vudu, Prime Video, Tubi, Paramount +.

Shared dining space is attached to the full size kitchen which has all of the necesaary amenities for a long term stay.

The washer & dryer are located just off the kitchen in the laundry room and will come in handy during your long term stays without having to send out laundry service or go to a local laundry mat.
