Enjoy the living room with power reclining leather couch, power leather recliner, 65 inch 4K Smart LED TV with local channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and a gas fireplace.

The kitchen is well-stocked so you can cook if you choose. High quality pots and pans as well as all the cooking necessities: utensils, baking supplies, coffee maker, etc. make this a great space for your family to reconnect over a meal. You will love the new quartz counters and new sink.

The counter height dining table has seating for four, and the kitchen counter has seating for three.

Our home has a desirable split floor plan with the Master Suite separated from the other bedrooms.

The Master Suite has a new King size bed with high end Stearns & Foster mattress, vaulted ceiling, walk in closet and 42 inch 4K Smart LED TV with local channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Master bath has shower/tub and dual vanities with new quartz countertops. A "Hotel Safe" is located in the master closet for guest convenience.

The spacious upstairs guest bedroom has new high end Queen size Beautyrest Platinum mattress and plenty of room to relax.

The downstairs guest bedroom has new queen size bed.

The second bath has a shower/tub and new quartz countertop.

The massive grassy backyard has a nice patio with patio table and umbrella for your enjoyment.

Full laundry facilities with new Maytag oversize washer and gas dryer. An iron and ironing board is also available .

Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Each bedroom has plenty of hangers and a luggage stand if you prefer to leave your clothes in your luggage.

New carpet installed throughout and luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in bathrooms. Kitchen and entry have hardwood floors.

Please note that for stays exceeding 14 nights, our company policy dictates that stays exceeding 14 nights require an extra cleaning every 14 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all Guests and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the 3rd car garage. The main garage is accessible, and all bedrooms are downstairs except one bedroom with Queen bedroom set located upstairs.

For most guests, there will be little interaction other than through the AirBNB app. However, we are readily available for questions or concerns during your stay, you are welcome to send us a message at any time.

Our home is located in an a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. It is very close to Roaring Springs Water Park and the Wahooz Family Fun Zone which has lots of activities, including bowling, a rock climbing wall and arcade games. A nice neighborhood park with many amenities is close by. Grocery shopping and several wonderful restaurants are nearby.

Parking is available in the driveway.

Free High-Speed Wifi is available for your devices.

The televisions are "Smart" and include local television channels as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. You can access other streaming apps. including Sling, Hulu, etc. if you have an account.

We do have security systems in place at the home. We have a front doorbell camera, a smart lock on the door, and a volume monitor in the home.

The camera is recording at all times to ensure safety of the home and our guests. However, we do not have any video monitoring inside the home for privacy purposes, only outside.

The Volume monitor in the house only monitors volume levels, and does not record or save any actual audio.
