Travertine tiles cover the entire patio and include the outdoor kitchen, seating wall, and jungle waterfall, which cascades into a lighted pond, creating a one of a kind experience.The master is furnished with a King size bed, second guest room offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 full size beds. Modern and sleek bathrooms features walk in showers and upgraded finishes. Kitchen is fully equipped wit everything you need in order to prepare gourmet family dinners. Summer kitchen is equipped with self-starting bullet grill and brand new kamado char-grill smoker. Sport enthusiasts will be excited about watching favorite games on the 42 inch flat screen TV at the cozy Florida room , equipped with outdoor speakers. The house is located just 1/2 block behind the Hilton Singer Island Resort and Marriott Resort and Spa. Deeded beach access is located 1/2 block away and runs between the 2 resorts, leading to one of the Florida's most beautiful beaches. There is a spectacular reef located directly in front of the beach access and is home to dozens of species of aquatic life- parrot fish, rays, and even manatees!

Solid Singer Island Rental

Overall this is a great house if you want to enjoy Singer Island. We just spent 5 night there. Location is great and the pool is really nice.. larger than it looks. The house is fully stocked and uses it’s square footage well and overall is nicely finished. A few issues though with TLC… beds are a little soft/saggy, the hallway bath had some issues with leaking due to peeling shower door stripping (we let company know), the beach stuff is old (not all the beach chairs work), the grill is old but does work ok, the pool was not clean when we arrived (we spent a good hour cleaning it ourselves). Overall a solid rental if you want to enjoy Singer but could use a little TLC.
