Perfect Location: both quiet and close

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great value. Enjoyed the location being close to Branson yet in a quiet location. It seemed to be older property but well maintained. All appliances work. Plumbing was good. The only drawbacks were the very loud plumbing when neighbors took showers etc. Also you can hear when upstairs neighbors were moving about. Still a great value based on what we paid.One key area of improvement is updating cookware. The skillets were in sad shape and limited cookware and utensil options.

Cleanliness

Room looked nice and "clean" but the sheets on all the beds was not clean, they still had hair from previous guest so we had to wash the sheets our selves in the washer and dryer provided. There was also trash underneath the matress, along with black mold on the bottom of the sliding glass doors for the shower. Also the bottom bunk bed wasn't actually a matress, it was a box spring with a foam pad on top, and was quite tough to sleep on. Not very confident about staying here again if corners are often cut when units are being cleaned.

Great location

Perfect location for our 3 days at Silver Dollar City. Quiet neighborhood and loved the private back balcony. Only a few steps to the large pool and kids' playground. Really nice, comfy condo. We'll be back.
