A community of brand-new townhomes located just across the river from the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. A premier location with easy access to the Black Warrior river, dining, shopping, downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama. It is located on Main Ave in Historic Downtown Northport.

We offer secure living in a smart home-equipped townhouse. this house was perfect for our family it has great space every room has an attached bathroom it’s clean newly renovated and in a great location if you have events at UA. in the description it says it has 2 king beds it only has one king bed on first floor upstairs rooms have 2 rooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds. which was perfect for us. we would stay again if we ever go back to tuscaloosa.

Great stay!

Not an issue for us at all but wanted to relay that the listing shows it having 2 King beds. Wanted to relay incase property owner was not aware. Great visit after the gymnastics meet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Place and Location

Easy and convenient to get to from campus. Just a short drive across the River and you’re there. Place was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Great game day stay

Nice and roomy spot for six of us. Easy access to T-town for game day weekend. Perfect spot to celebrate the Longhorn victory!! Could use some patio furniture in the back.
