Our modern ocean view suite features 2 PRIVATE BALCONIES with OCEAN VIEWS. Our home is perfect for couples, friends, and solo travelers seeking an ICONIC VACATION IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!

There is balcony seating for sipping cold cocktail in the afternoon after a great day at the beach or a morning cup of coffee to get your day started in the most unbelievable way!

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. You`ll have everything you need for a quick snack and cooking a full meal for your family and friends!

BEDS: There is a private separate bedroom featuring two full size beds and private balcony, and in the living room there is a full-size murphy bed (pulls down from the wall) and also a queen size sleeper sofa!

Nice condo, see review

Overall everything went well. There is no a/c in the bedroom. If you plan to stay here, please take note. When I emailed about it asking if I was missing a thermostat or if I needed to open a vent, they said to close the curtains, open the door, and use the little fan to circulate air in there. She offered to send out hvac, however based on previous responses it would have done no good. The bedroom was 10-20 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo at any given point. The dishes also were put away dirty and so some of them had food stuck to them. The rest of our trip was fine, no other maintenance issues, owner/company was responsive thru email, everything fine.

The condo rental property is fair at best. The room was not prepared for a tenant in the form of you have to make your beds when you get there, didnt realize they give you toilet paper with coozies in a bag. In kitchen. Didnt realize that til after we walked the condo and went to buy toilet paper. No klenex in bathroom. No soap for hand washing. If you call the front office they specifically tell you. That because ita booked through a 3rd party theh cannot provide anything for you. The property is showing its age and is not maintained like a "resort" should be.
