The apartment on the top floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchen with a kitchenette (electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle), a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function and a TV. 

The new building is located in the Oldersum district and has five modern apartments. Apartment 2 for two people with a terrace (approx. 60 m²) is on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are apartments 3 and 4, each for three to four people with 70 m² and balcony. Apartments 5 and 6 are located in the attic, also for three to four people, each with approx. 46 m². Extra beds and cots are available if required. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a bicycle storage facility in a bicycle shed. The shed is lockable. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked on request for € 10 per laundry package and person. Moormerland is located in the city triangle of Emden, Leer and Aurich. The Moornlands Fehn landscape is characterized by canals, cradles and the Fehn-typical bascule bridges. Signposted bike and hiking trails in the middle of a great natural landscape want to be explored on foot, by bike or by boat. A tourist highlight is the Emssperrwerk in Gandersum. Here you can experience the latest technology. Cruise ships from the Meyer shipyard reach the big wide world via the Ems barrage. Moormerland also has a lot to offer culturally. These include the Alte Seilerei museum, the lock, the pumping station and the Alte Waage in Oldersum, the gallery Dutch windmills in Neermoor and Warsingsfehn, the Heitens Huus museum and numerous churches and historical cemeteries.
