About this property

This typical Mallorcan finca is fenced and is located on a 9,000 m2 plot. Surrounded by typical plants and trees in a very quiet area. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A bathroom is en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a microwave and dishwasher. The living room is very cozy and has a fireplace that offers a nice flair. The dining room invites to long meals, nice conversations or an afternoon coffee.
The house has fast internet access (WiFi), which is free of charge for you.

The building has a typical Mallorcan construction and was renovated some time ago. There are two large terraces outside. One is directly accessible from the dining room, the other is opposite the large pool. The terrace is covered and offers plenty of shade. This makes it easy to endure and relax even in midsummer.

The pool is private and only for you. It is ideal for adults and children. Sunbathe or seek shelter on the deck chairs under the roof, which protects from the sun.

The sea can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes. The sandy beach of Port Vell is around two kilometers away. Also Cala Bona and Cala Millor with beautiful beaches is not far away. Coming by car is an advantage.
