About this property

The "Casa Fota" in the idyllic village of Pastrana near Playa Santiago is just the right place to both explore the Garajonay National Park from the south and enjoy the southern beaches that are inviting for swimming all year round.
Pastrana is located at 253 m above sea level and offers a rural, extremely quiet environment in wonderful nature. But you don't have to do without a visit to a restaurant or a glass of wine in the evening: there is a bar next door with a good restaurant. Playa Santiago with its black beaches, shops and much more is only 5 km away.

The "Casa Fota" is a high quality and modern holiday home. The large kitchen is perfectly equipped. There is a dishwasher, an oven and a dining table with four chairs. The sitting area in the living area is spacious and cozy. A third adult or older child can stay here. In the bedroom with the two single beds there is a large closet and a pretty chest of drawers. Pushed together, the beds create a large double bed. In addition there is the shower room with the beautiful washstand.

The "Casa Fota" has a veranda (22 sqm) in front of the house with table, chairs and sun loungers and an inner courtyard (14 sqm) for the washing machine and the clothes horse.

What hardly exists on La Gomera: Your child lives in the "Casa Fota" until he is 12. Birthday free of charge! Either it sleeps in the existing cot or on the sitting area in the living area.

Enjoy the beautiful weather, the calm and the wonderful landscape around Pastrana! In the "Casa Fota" you will feel comfortable from the first moment.

Erholung in faszinierender Natur mit Abstrichen

Ein check-in bzw. eine Einweisung in das Objekt hat nicht stattgefunden. Das Haus ist reichlich ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die Räume durch das Terrassenvordach sehr dunkel und man kommt ohne Beleuchtung nicht aus. Ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden, obwohl es in der Ausstattung aufgeführt ist. Ebenso gibt es seit Jahren keine Gastronomie oder Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Pastrana. Durch das enge Tal sind die Sonnenstunden pro Tag sehr knapp bemessen. Außer in den frühen Morgenstunden, wenn die Einwohner mit ihren Autos zur Arbeit fahren, ist der Ort sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt hier viele Wanderwege in die Berge. Allerdings sollte man sich immer mit genügend Proviant und Wasser ausstatten. Denn es gibt auf den Wanderrouten keine Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
