The villa is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor are fully equipped kitchen, modern living room the dining area and the bathroom with shower. The three double, one single bedroom and a bathroom are on the first floor. In the basement there is the playroom and an old-fashioned wine cellar, where you can enjoy local wines, as the Imotski region is well-known for its fine wines.

In front of the house are the large pool, the play area for children and the covered terrace with barbecue and summer kitchen, where you can experience convivial hours. Beautiful pebbly beaches and many recreational opportunities await you in Makarska, Brela and Baška Voda, in about 30 minutes by car.
