Spend wonderful days in a historic building - located opposite Feinkost Meyer. You can reach the magnificent west beach of Wenningstedt on foot in about 15 minutes, Kampen and Braderup in about 5 minutes by car.

Modern and tasteful, with exclusive furniture and numerous custom carpentry fittings, this approximately 46 m² apartment has been lovingly prepared for you. Relax in the cozy living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV or at the stylish dining table with high-quality chairs. Treat yourself in the small but fully equipped integrated kitchen with ceramic hob and small oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine. The modern bathroom on this level has a contemporary shower with toilet, sink, and towel warmer.

The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with built-in wardrobes. A approximately 1.40 m x 2.00 m bed in a cozy niche with "bull's eye" could be used by your child.

The apartment has wooden floors, and the bathroom is equipped with tiles.

There is a parking space in front of the house. A communal sauna area and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are available for general use by the community.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a made nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you'll receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this fee with your booking and directly pass it on to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.

Drei schöne Wochen auf Sylt

Mit drei Wochen waren wir sicher nicht die "Normalnutzer" Für uns war der "Kleiderschrank" etwas klein. Bei einer Woche wäre das kein Thema und bei zwei Wochen sicher auch nicht. Wir haben ja auch eine Lösung für drei Wochen gefunden. Die Anlage ist schön angelegt. Die Lage direkt an dem Kreisel ist Aufgrund der vielen zum Teil recht lauten Autos nicht so optimal. Parkplätze sind großzügig vorhanden und auch das Abstellen und Abschließen der hochwertigen eBikes hat gut funktioniert. Die wenigen kleinen Reklamationen wurden freundlich und kompetent durch die Agentur gelöst. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür.

Super Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Es ging schon mit einem tollen Check im Vorgang los. Fußläufig erreicht man das Büro wo man den Schlüssel via Code bekommt. Hier hatten wir schon eine super nette Begegnung von einer Mitarbeiterin des Büros. Den Weg zum Objekt haben wir mittels Bus absolviert. Das Objekt was sehr sauber, ordentlich und vor allem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer war recht steil, aber für uns kein Problem. Leider liegt das Objekt an einer viel befahrener Straße an einem Kreisel, wo LKW stark abbrennen um dann mit Vollgas wieder vorzukommen. Die Lage ist, ausgenommen davon, top. Fussläufig sind eine Vielzahl von Farradhändler, Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Feinkost, Edeka, Restaurants sowie auch der Strand zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit einer tollen Unterkunft! Vielen Dank!

Das Bett oben unter dem Dach mit dem Blick zum Leuchtturm, einfach perfekt Die Eingangstür quietscht, könnte Nachbarn stören, wenn man häufiger rein- u. rausgeht und wir haben kein Schils gesehen, dass die 2 Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür für die unteren Appartments sind, aber vielleicht stand das irgendwo in der Mail
