This modern luxury finca is situated on a hill near Manacor in an absolutely secluded location with fantastic panoramic views, from the sea to the Tramuntana mountains. Mallorca is literally at your feet! The elegant interior design and, in particular, the fantastic pool in the middle of the spacious garden make this finca a very special vacation home.

Layout:
The finca offers 500 square meters of living space for 10 people. The spacious living room with sofa area by the open fireplace has high windows overlooking the pool and gardens. The dining room has a very large table and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The house has five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), satellite TV, an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom also has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and TV, the fourth has two single beds. A further shower room is available to both bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is located in a small outbuilding below the main house and has its own en-suite bathroom.
The house is furnished to an absolutely high standard. Everything appears to be of one piece, colors and materials are carefully coordinated. The underfloor heating guarantees a pleasant indoor climate even in the winter months.

Outdoor area:
The spacious terrace with panoramic views stretches along the entire front of the house and overlooks the beautifully landscaped garden. Old almond and olive trees, palm trees and a very well-kept lawn invite you to relax. In the rear garden area there is a sheltered dining area with awning, a brick barbecue and a small summer kitchen, all surrounded by lawns, palm trees and Mallorcan stone walls.
The absolute highlight of the finca is the pool area. Here you can relax and enjoy the view over the landscape, with the sea shimmering on the horizon. The covered, oriental-style lounge with cushions and rugs offers protection from the sun. The grounds cover an area of 30,000 square meters.

For bookings of 14 days or more, an exclusive day trip on the yacht will be organized, the absolute highlight of your vacation.

Pool:
4 m x 20 m, with stair access, cleaned with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay from June to September is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply when booking additional persons. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, incl. one intermediate cleaning for stays of 14 days or more, two intermediate cleanings for stays of 21 days or more and four intermediate cleanings for stays of 28 days or more.

Extras:
There is a welcome arrangement with delicious food and drinks, including the in-house wine Vall de Sol "Cuvee'2022" for tasting. It is possible to charter your own motor yacht to the finca. Also for day trips with skipper (approx. 1200€/day + fuel). Up to 12 people can enjoy the fun with the yacht.
