The main building, the maritime school, in which your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and opened in 2020. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. Stylishly furnished, 2 bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms make your heart beat faster. Relax in the sun loungers or enjoy the great view at the table with the two chairs while eating with a glass of wine. You get access through the open living and dining area and a bedroom. Via the modern hall, equipped with a cloakroom and a full-length mirror, you get into the large, light-flooded living-dining area. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and two armchairs and invites you to share moments with your loved ones. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The open NOLTE fitted kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. Seat shell chairs, which are gray in the timeless, provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area.
