The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 3-room apartment on the ground floor convinces with a terrace, a living area, a kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms - perfect for holidays with family or friends. Watch the cyclists on the dike or follow the sailing boats on the Saaler Bodden. Relaxation guaranteed. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 74m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. The living area is furnished with a large sofa, two modern armchairs and invites you to have a good time together. The sofa can accommodate 2 additional guests, an extra bed is possible. The friendly high ceilings, the harmoniously coordinated furniture in the style of a beach house, the wall pictures and home accessories let you calm down quickly. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. End your day on the west terrace with a fantastic sunset over the dike and enjoy the side view of the Bodden. The terrace has a table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers for relaxing. This is accessible from the living room and one of the two bedrooms. The two bright bedrooms are modernly equipped. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The interior master bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, which can be reached via the living room. The large bedroom from which you can start the day on the terrace in the morning has a wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamps and a small table with a shell chair. A 32-inch flat-screen TV provides additional entertainment in both bedrooms. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for hobby cooks, with numerous cooking accessories. The large dining table with comfortable chair chairs provides additional comfort. Both bathrooms impress with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. A washing machine with dryer is available in a separate chamber. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and provides cozy warmth. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office and bread service are also located in the main building. A parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
