The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, a six-person hot tub, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, two park-style grills with a large picnic table, and a private boardwalk to the sandy white beach! Enclosed foyer stairs and an elevator are available for guest use to provide access to the floors above. The beachfront screened porch is accessed from two bedrooms on the first floor and features an amazing six-person hot tub for relaxation and taking in views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a half-bath on the screened-in porch for convenient access when returning from the beach. The first-floor primary bath also includes a jacuzzi tub. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area with cheerful coastal decor and plenty of comfortable seating for your group can be found on the second floor. The living area features amazing Gulf views, a large TV, tile floors, a gas fireplace, direct beachfront deck access, and a media room with a queen sleeper. The large kitchen and inviting dining area with two tables and breakfast bar stools provide plenty of space for coastal feasts to be prepared and enjoyed with family and friends, and a refrigerator for plenty of room to stock up on provisions for your crew! A second-floor bedroom has direct access to a balcony with beautiful bayside views. A separate media room features a TV, queen futon sleeper, large desk, library of books, DVDs and puzzles, additional sleeping space next to a large bayside window, and a second refrigerator. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
