About this property

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3000sqft of living space with a South facing sun drenched backyard. The upper level includes a large master bedroom and ensuite spa like bathroom, and two bedrooms with two smaller bathrooms. Downstairs has a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom and king sized bed. Laundryroom downstairs with laundry sink. Open living concept with large kitchen, dining and living space area where you can relax and enjoy family time.
The space
Open concept living, dining and kitchen. Three bedrooms (king, twinx2), 2.5 bath upstairs. Downstairs has king sized room, bathroom, washer/dryer and secondary large living area. Enjoy gas fireplaces in main living space and downstairs king room. House is heated by forced air heating. If you do not require a crib, we have a twin sized mattress that can be set up in the nursery room.
Guest access
You will have full access to the home. Both floors of home including garage.
Other things to note
We ask that guests treat our family home like it were their own. Strictly no parties will be allowed. No noise past 11pm as per city bylaw.
