Exceeded expectations!

Condo was welcoming. Great to see all linen/towels cleaned & bagged for opening and use. Trial size soaps, cleansers for dishes, other items were available. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Helpful if foldout couch mattress had a mattress cover. Views from condo are beautiful - water view is beautiful. Quick ride or nice walk to public beach facing the gulf for sunrise. Sunrise is AMAZING and worth getting up for!!! Beach sand is beautiful! Easy to get to places to eat. Wish we were able to stay longer. Vasca, property management, had a great resource to help to know basic info about the area, including what the flags mean. VRBO.com made it easy to search to find places and to book on with Availability up-to-date. Great overall experience.

Anniversary Trip!

We stayed for 4 nights for our anniversary. We loved the space. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved the view. The outdoor furniture could use some updating, but that did not stop us from enjoying our morning coffee with our view. We enjoyed our neighbors. They were super friendly. The neighbors are right there, so that’s something to consider. We had plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were overall very happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay again!

Disappointed Stay

Pros: Spectacular view from bed, nicely appointed kitchen with upgraded appliances, large television, small but nicely remodeled bathroom with high water pressure, hot shower. A/C works well. Property Management quick to response to condo issues. Cons: Stains on sofa, dining room chairs and bed linens. Dirty kitchen utensils. Laminate flooring dirty throughout condo. Patio was unusable due rusted table and dirty chairs (actual patio furniture, not the same furniture on VRBO website) patio flooring needs attention. Damaged patio blinds. I wasn't aware being on the ground floor, this condo is on the path to the gazebo and the bay beach. Numerous vacationers walking past our condo. Even though the view was spectacular, I was disappointed.
