This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom is new to the rental market, sleeps 6 comfortably and has all new furnishings!

The perfect location! With a great view overlooking the waterways and ocean. There are 2 screened in porches with outdoor seating to enjoy the views and ocean breeze. There is a small beach area right out back, perfect for doing a bit of fishing without having to leave the property. All within a short walking distance to the Cabana Club, pools, hair salon/spa, bar and café. Ocean Creek Golf Club is within 5 minutes and Ocean Point Golf Club is just 10 minutes.

There is a 6 seater golf cart available to rent with the property. Convenient for taking trip to the beaches that are just a short distance away.

Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

Perfect spot!

We love heading to Fripp for a long weekend and this house was the best place we have ever stayed in! The views, the rooms, the amenities…everything was wonderful!

Fantastic stay

House was beautiful, location perfect. So relaxing waking up to the view out back every morning and watching other folks on the sandbars admiring the serenity as the sun set. A 30-second walk to the pool and snackbar/bar. How great is that? Cool golf cart for rent zipped us around. Only thing I suggest is the cleaning crew look for leave-behinds. Found a used towel in one bathroom and pair of underwear in another. Otherwise, highly-recommend!

Amazing Vacation

The 16 Sea Mist Lane property is beautiful. It is decorate perfectly. The only things that could make it better is a full size ironing board and an additional parking space directly outside the property. Our friends had to park down the street.
