Great place to stay for 1st time in Miami

I loved staying here for my first time in Miami. The view was great and the place was even better than the photos. I slept like a baby there and the pool on the top floor was a huge plus. I definitely recommend staying here especially if you like being so close to Brickell and all of downtown

Great place to stay while in Miami

Walking distance to most of brickell, convenient access to building. Pool was quiet and nice. Nice gym and lounge.

New building occupied by mostly young people.

Studio apartment is in a nice new building and the apartment has a nice view of the Biscayne Bay. Our host, Riaza, was very responsive. The apartment was a bit dark, so we supplemented the lighting with our own lamp purchases. Whole Foods and Brickell are within a short walk, but encountering many homeless along the way in any direction.
